Dr. Jill Lasky knows pediatric dentistry plays an important role in shaping a child’s attitude toward their dental health. Her approach to treating children involves listening to their fears and concerns even before they get in the dental chair. Then she can adapt the treatment plan needed to ensure the child feels comfortable and safe in her care. Dr. Jill brings awareness to parents that their child’s mouth is the gateway to the rest of their body. As such, she teaches that taking regular and thorough care of your teeth and gums is an important part of a child’s overall physical good health.
Dr. Jill, like her husband, Dr. Michael, graduated from University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry in 1998 with high honors and is a member the prestigious Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society. In 2000, she completed a two year specialty in pediatric dentistry at Children’s Hospital Boston, part of the Harvard School of Dental Medicine. Upon graduation, she joined her husband, Dr. Michael Lasky, and his father, Dr. Martin Lasky (retired), in their established practice in Tarzana.
